Test IBAN generator for Spain (valid, with BIC)
A Spanish IBAN has 24 characters: ES, 2 check digits calculated with the mod 97 algorithm (ISO 13616) and the 20-digit domestic account number, or CCC (bank, branch, check digits and account). The test IBANs generated by DataMockSeed use real bank codes so they validate, but the account number is random and belongs to no one.
Each IBAN includes a complete Spanish CCC (bank, branch, check digits and account) and the two IBAN check digits calculated with mod 97.

The country code and '00' move to the end, letters become numbers and mod 97 is computed.
