01Owner and purpose
DataMockSeed is a free web tool whose contact address is cbsumastre@gmail.com. Its purpose is to generate fictitious data with valid formats and check digits for use in software testing.
02Permitted use
You may use the data generated by DataMockSeed for software testing, development, quality assurance (QA), demos, and to populate (seed) databases in non-production environments.
03Prohibited use
Responsible use and strictly fictitious data
It is prohibited to use the generated data to impersonate third parties, commit fraud, bypass identity verification (KYC) processes, simulate real banking or commercial transactions, or present this data as real to any person, company, or public authority.
04Nature of the data
The generated data has a valid format and, where applicable, a valid check digit or check letter according to its reference algorithm, but it is fictitious: it does not correspond to real people, accounts, or entities.
Card numbers use only public test BIN ranges. IBANs may use real bank codes so that the check digits validate, but the account number is always random.
05No warranties
DataMockSeed is provided free of charge and “as is,” with no guaranteed service level (SLA). The tool may change, become unavailable, or be interrupted at any time without prior notice.
06Intellectual property
The website and its source code are the property of the owner. The data you generate with DataMockSeed is fictitious, and you may use it freely for the purposes permitted under these terms.
07Liability, governing law, and jurisdiction
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for any damage arising from misuse of the tool or of the generated data.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under consumer and user protection legislation.
